SARA YOUNG IS A REPRESENTATIVE OF SARA YOUNG WANG LLC. ALL SERVICES PROVIDED ARE DONE SO THROUGH SARA YOUNG WANG LLC AND ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ONGOING ENGAGEMENT/SERVICES PROVIDED ARE EXCLUSIVELY BETWEEN YOU/THE CLIENT AND SARA YOUNG WANG LLC. THERE IS NO AGREEMENT/ARRANGEMENT BETWEEN YOU/THE CLIENT AND SARA YOUNG THE INDIVIDUAL.
BY BECOMING A CLIENT AND RECEIVING COACHING SERVICES FROM SARA YOUNG WANG LLC OR CONSULTATIONS PRIOR TO BECOMING A CLIENT OF SARA YOUNG WANG LLC, YOU AGREE TO AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING.
Sara Young Wang LLC is a service that provides career and life coaching to individuals and groups. Whilst we exercise our best professional efforts of ensuring clients are coached to meet their coaching goals, the client understands and acknowledges the coach, employees of the company, partners, and vendors will not be liable legally or otherwise, for the actions the client may or may not undertake as a result of the services provided/coaching sessions. You/the client, take full responsibility for the decisions and actions you take with regard to your life and affairs as well as the consequences. You/the client, take full responsibility for any decisions made after a coaching session as well as the consequences. You will in no way hold your coach, employees of the company, partners, and vendors liable legally or otherwise for any actions you may take during or after this coaching engagement.
By engaging in a consultation prior to becoming a client, you understand and agree that Sara Young Wang LLC will not be liable legally or otherwise, for the actions you may or may not undertake as a result of the consultation session(s). You take full responsibility for the decisions and actions you take with regard to your life and affairs as well as the consequences. You release Sara Young Wang LLC from any and all liability whatsoever, including that arising from negligence.
No guarantees: The client enters into coaching with full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results. There are no guarantees, or warranties expressed or implied about of any specific results or outcomes from coaching.
Confidentiality: All information from coaching sessions or consultations will be kept confidential, except in cases where it is required by law to disclose that you are a client and/or the content of conversations, or in cases where based on the sole judgment of your coach you are at risk of hurting yourself or others.
What Coaching Is Not: Coaching services (or consultations prior to formal engagement) are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for the services or treatment provided by psychological/mental health professionals including, but not limited to psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, counselors, or any other medical professionals. By engaging in coaching services or consultations with Sara Young Wang LLC you understand and agree that you are completely responsible for your health and well-being before, during, between coaching sessions and after we have finished our work together and you are no longer a client. You are also completely responsible for your health and well-being before, during and after a consultation session.
If you have reason to suspect that you are suffering from mental illness of any form we encourage you to seek professional medical/mental health attention immediately and it is your responsibility to do so. Your coach is not trained in the assessment, detection or diagnosis of mental illness. If you feel you may be at risk of harming yourself or others please immediately seek help from a medical/mental health professional. In case of an emergency, you are advised to proceed to the nearest emergency room or dial 911 (or the applicable emergency services hotline for your location). Sara Young Wang LLC or Your coach is in no way responsible for your actions pertaining to self-harm, suicide or causing harm to others.
You release Sara Young Wang LLC, Sara Young, employees of the company, partners, and vendors from any and all liability whatsoever, including that arising from negligence.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Refund Policy: Fees are considered earned as sessions are provided on a pro rata basis. This means no refunds are issued on coaching sessions already held. However, refunds on the remaining unused sessions of a package will be granted if requested. If you feel you’re not the right fit for this coaching or you're not satisfied with your coaching services and you would like to terminate the coaching relationship please simply provide at least 48hrs notice in writing prior to your next scheduled session and all remaining sessions of a package will be refunded.
Cancelling/Rescheduling/Missed Sessions: If you need to reschedule a session and it is not an emergency, please call/text/email at least 48 hours in advance or the full amount of a session will be charged (it will count as one of your sessions in a package).
If an emergency keeps you from attending a scheduled session, you will not be charged for the missed session. Please call/text/email whenever possible to notify Sara of the circumstances. Such events as death in the family, serious accidents, flu or serious illness and hospitalization are considered “emergencies.”

Governing Law/Jurisdiction:
You agree that any legal claim, action, arbitration, or other proceeding you make against Sara Young or Sara Young Wang LLC will be filed to a court under the jurisdiction of the applicable Federal Laws and the Laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
This entire agreement (everything above and below on this page) shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable Federal Laws and the Laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

Governing Laws; Venue; Mediation
This Agreement (everything above and below on this page) shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable Federal Laws and the Laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
You agree that any legal claim, action, arbitration, or other proceeding you make against Sara Young Wang LLC or Sara Young will be filed to a court under the jurisdiction of the applicable Federal Laws and the Laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of Illinois, exclusive of its choice of law rules. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions first by good faith negotiation. The exclusive venue for any arbitration or court proceeding based on or arising out of this Agreement shall be the courts of Illinois.
Class Action Waiver
THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Employer agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
